All members & member’s guests
1. East End club is a Member’s recreation club
2. The services like Bar & Restaurant are open for Registered members’ and their guest on their recommendations.
3. The Bar facilities is restricted to Member’s who has attained 25 years.
4. A guest has to pay Rs. 75/- inclusive gst for a day’s membership.
5. NO OUTSIDE LIQUOR IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PRIMISES. IT IS ILLIGAL.
6. All liquor bills are subject to a VAT of 25% by Excise Dept. Govt of Delhi.
7. The food and snacks are charged a GST of 5% in restaurant while 18% shall be charged on parties at terrace, Hall, or lawn. A minimum service charge of 5% shall be levied on all bills. No outside food/snacks is permitted in the building.
8. All payments are ack. on ONLINE OR CASH. NO CREDIT, PLEASE.
9. Please must take a proper bill with GST/VAT.
PARTIES AND GET-TOGETHER
10. The club offer limited services for parties/get-together to its members and their guests on advance booking. First come, first served.
11. Once the booking is done, there is no provision for refund. The date may be extended on written request which may be considered if there is no prior booking on the demanded date and time.
12. A temporary liquor license will cost Rs. 5000/- and handling charges of Rs. 500/- The liquor will be served on earmarked places only with a temporary BAR. The Temporary license has to taken by Excise dept. only.
13. The bottle will be available at MRP price with a corkage charge of Rs. 300/-. It will include limited Soda, ice and Mineral water. Pl. order 24 hours to 36 hours in advance.
14. Once the liquor brand is ordered by party, will not be changed. A WRITTEN request/order by the member/members guest is required.
15. A limited guest room services is offered to club members.
NO DRINKS IS PERMISSABLE IN THE ROOM.
16. The check-in time for room is 1 pm, while check out time shall be 11am.
17. We have kept /ready space for HALDI/MEHANDI/ Drinks at roof top @Rs. 11000/- only +GST. Club will provide 50 covered Chairs and a few table for snacks. Dinner shall be provided at earmarked space only. No outside drinks will be permitted.
18. Anand Vihar Railway Station is 4-5 kilometer, while all other Railway stations are 10 to 11 km. from club. The Indira Gandhi international Airport is 30km.
19. Please don’t argue on GST/VAT. This is MUST.
20. PLEASE SUGGEST/RECOMMEND/COMMENTS ON CLUB SERVICES.

Please note:
1. ONCE the party is booked, we may suggest, offer for flower decorations, pandal decoration, electricity, DJ, music, Pandit Jee for wedding ceremonial event.
2. Once the party is booked and hired venders for catering, file affidavit for quality of ingredient and prepared food and beverages to Manager of club.
The Performa of affidavit is with Ms. Kiran Sharma.
3. All heavy dates of wedding 10% extra.

Card Room Rules
1. In the beginning the endeavor is to offer a total number of 36 seats
2. including 30 members, who shall be entitled to play cards in two sessions;
Session 1 – 2 PM to 6 PM
Session 2 – 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM
3. The running of Card Room Recreation Centre for 8 hours every day shall require
4. substantial financial commitment and deviation of other Club resources and therefore
5. it has been decided that Entry rights inside the Card Room shall be through a limited purpose
6. membership (without voting rights) as per below;
A. Card Room Recreation Centre - Limited Purpose Membership: Card Room Membership
B. is a “limited purpose membership” (without voting rights) and can be availed by Individuals
C. and Corporates to use Card Room facility of the club. The membership can be availed on first come
D. first serve basis and shall be subject to verification, scrutiny and approval of Management. Card Room
E. Recreation Centre Members are allowed to avail the Restaurant / Bar Room services of the club at the
F. concessional rates. However, they shall not have any voting rights and / or rights to attend AGMs / EGMs.
(i) Card Room Recreation Centre – Limited Purpose Membership - Individual:
An Individual may apply for Card Room Recreation Centre - Limited Purpose Membership” on prescribed form with recommendation of minimum two active members of the club. Onetime Individual Membership Fee shall be Rs. 1,00,000/- plus applicable taxes to be paid in advance in the name of EAST END CLUB; Monthly membership fee shall be 1000/- plus applicable taxes and shall be paid in advance for each calendar month or part thereof (No pro-rata / part payments allowed).
(ii) Card Room Recreation Centre Limited Purpose Membership - Corporate:
A Company duly registered with Ministry of corporate affairs (MCA), and whose name appears as “Active” on the website of the MCA may also apply for Card Room Recreation Centre - Limited Purpose Membership” in prescribed format. The club shall offer 2 (Two Only) membership Slots to the directors or Shareholders of such company, as may be endorsed by the authorized representative of the Company on the letter head of the company with Company Seal. The one time membership fees of such corporate member will be Rs. 1,50,000/- + applicable taxes to be paid in advance in the name of EAST END CLUB to be paid from Company’s account; Monthly membership fee shall be 1000/- plus applicable taxes to be paid from Company’s account and shall be paid in advance for each calendar month or part thereof (No pro-rata / part payments allowed).
B. Guest Members;
(i) Only Six guest members shall be given entry to card room each day on first come first serve basis, on the payment of Rs. 1000/-+ applicable taxes per day for one session only. NO guest will be allowed for both the sessions.
(ii) Guests Members are allowed only when accompanied with the Members; Guest can play on the same table
where the member is playing.
(iii) Guest Members may avail BAR Facilities at the club on subsidized rates subject to payment of nominal fees.
C. Other Terms & Conditions;
(i) NO TEEN PATTI, RUMMY OR CASH TRANSACTION is permitted.
(ii) No stakes or money exchange or betting in any form shall be permitted. Any member or guest of member involved in such activities shall be suspended from club membership immediately.
(iii) The Card Room Recreation Centre shall have limited and fixed F&B menu for food / beverages that will be served inside the Card Room Recreation Centre. No outside or personal food / water / drinks are allowed inside the Card Room Recreation Centre.
(iv) Card Room Members can avail Restaurant / Bar facilities on subsidized rates, similar to regular members.
(v) Drinking of alcohol in any form or smoking is not permitted in the card room.
(vi) Management at its discretion may without prior notice install CCTV cameras with sound recording inside Card Rooms.
(vii) No Member wearing knickers/shorts/torn jeans shall be permitted to enter the cards room. Club dress code in this regard to be strictly followed.
(viii) All the cash transactions including but not limited to Card Sale, Guest Entry charges etc. shall be paid in advance on daily basis.
D. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
The management reserves its right to terminate / cancel the membership of an Individual or Corporate, without giving any advance notice, in case the individual member is found violating the above norms or indulges in any immoral, illegal act inside the club premises or in any such act(s) which may disturb the decorum, peaceful environment inside the Club premises.
E. Management reserves its rights to Add, amend, enhance, modify any or all of the above terms, conditions w.r.t. Membership or other matters related to Card Room and its membership, without giving any prior notice to this effect to the members.
